    Failure to deliver:

    If Correos fails to deliver your Gift Box to your home,
    then after 2 failed delivery attempts, your parcel will be left at a Correos Post Office for a maximum of 15 days, so the recipient can collect it from there.

    If the recipient does not collect their Gift Box from the post office, it will be returned to us.
